What we do with your information
The short version: we collect what’s needed to run your club’s page, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are
Cordonate is a service of Cordonate Labs LLC, a Texas company based in Fort Worth. “Cordonate,” “we,” and “us” refer to Cordonate Labs LLC. Cordonate gives run clubs a real page and a place to run their nights from.
What we collect
It depends on how you reach us.
- If you visit the site. We use lightweight analytics to count visits and measure speed. We’ll update this page before introducing any advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
- If you ask for a demo or email us. We keep the email address and anything you send so we can reply and follow up.
- If you’re a member of a club that uses Cordonate. When you check in or interact with a club’s page, we hold what the club asks us to hold for them — typically your name, a way to reach you, an optional birthday for milestones, and a record of the nights you showed up.
- Public posts about a club’s runs. To build a club’s recaps and reports, we collect public posts and their public engagement — including counts and comments — from the club’s own accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Strava.
How we use it
To run the club’s page and the tools it pays for: check-in, member milestones, event recaps, and the reports a club shares with its partners. We also use it to operate, improve, and develop Cordonate, to prevent abuse, and to talk to the people who run a club about their account. We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information — which can’t reasonably identify you — for any purpose, including new features and partnerships.
Clubs own their member lists
For member information, the club is in charge of what’s collected and why; Cordonate holds and processes it on the club’s behalf. If you’re a member with a question about your information, the fastest path is usually your club — but you can always reach us directly.
What’s public
Clubs can publish recap pages for their events. These are reachable by anyone with the link and aren’t search-indexed; they may include event photos and public social posts about the run, but not member contact details.
Who else sees it
We share information with the companies that help us run Cordonate — hosting, analytics, email delivery, error monitoring, social-data tools, organizer sign-in, and (once it’s live) payment processing. They only get what they need to do their job, and they aren’t allowed to use it for anything else. We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers to target you. The one exception is a brand you ask to hear from yourself — see Partners, just below. We’ll hand over information if the law requires it. And if Cordonate is ever part of a merger, acquisition, or sale, information may transfer as part of that deal — we’ll let the clubs we work with know.
Partners
Part of what Cordonate does is connect clubs with brands that want to support runners. The line we hold: a brand only gets your contact information if you ask it to — by tapping to take a specific brand’s offer or invitation, for that brand, at that moment. We don’t hand your details to a brand any other way, we don’t run a list brokerage, and your club can turn down any brand. You can undo a connection any time — email privacy@cordonate.io. The reports a club shares with its partners use aggregate numbers and the club’s own public posts, not member contact details.
Where it lives, and for how long
Cordonate is operated from the United States, so information is processed here. We keep it for as long as the club uses Cordonate and for a reasonable window afterward, then remove it — sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@cordonate.io and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Cordonate is built for run clubs and the people who organize them. It’s not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and move the date at the top. Big changes get a heads-up to the clubs we work with.
