Using Cordonate
The agreement between your club and Cordonate. Plain version: use it for what it’s for, your members’ trust is yours to keep, and we’ll tell you before anything changes.

The agreement
Cordonate is a service of Cordonate Labs LLC, a Texas company. By using Cordonate — setting up a club page, checking members in, or paying for a paid feature — you agree to these terms. If you’re setting things up for a club, you’re telling us you’re allowed to act for that club.
What Cordonate is
Cordonate offers free and paid features for running a club — a club page, check-in, member tracking, milestones, recaps, and partner reports. What’s included, and pricing, are on the pricing page and may change as Cordonate grows. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we’ll flag anything significant to the clubs we work with.
Your side of it
- Keep your account details current and your login to yourself.
- Have the right to collect the member information you put into Cordonate, and be straight with your members about it.
- Own what you post — your club’s name, words, photos, and member list are yours, and you’re responsible for them.
- Use Cordonate for running a club, not for anything unlawful, abusive, or built to break the service for everyone else.
Paying for it
Paid features are billed as shown on the pricing page. We’ll spell out the exact terms — billing dates, any partner or sponsorship arrangement, and how to cancel — when you sign up for a paid feature. The free club page stays free.
Who owns what
Cordonate — the software, design, and brand — belongs to Cordonate Labs LLC. Your content stays yours. You give us permission to host, show, and use it to provide, improve, and promote Cordonate — for example, listing your club on our map or as an example of the service. When you stop using Cordonate, that permission ends for new uses, save for backups, already-published recaps, and anything the law requires us to keep.
No guarantees we can’t keep
We work to keep Cordonate up and dependable, but we can’t promise it will never go down or be perfect. Cordonate is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Cordonate Labs LLC isn’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Ending it
You can stop using Cordonate any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or its members at risk — we’ll give reasonable notice when we can.
The legal footing
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may assign them — for example, as part of a merger or sale of the business. If we change them, we’ll update this page and the date above, and flag anything significant to the clubs we work with.
